From Charlotte: Take I-85 South toward Gastonia. Take exit 27 for NC 273 toward Belmont/Mount Holly. Turn left on NC 273/Park Street. Drive straight for two miles on Park Street/Keener Boulevard (name changes). Turn left at South Central Avenue. South Central Avenue turns into South Point Road. First UMC Belmont is approximately 0.6 miles on the left from the turn onto Central. The counseling office is located in the white house just south of the church. Please park in the front church parking lot closest to the white house or parallel along the church exit driveway and take the brick walkway over to the back of the white house. The waiting area is in the main living area.

First United Methodist Church in Gastonia is located in downtown Gastonia. and can be reached from Highway 74/Franklin Boulevard or from Interstate 85.

From Highway 74/Franklin Boulevard: Proceed to 190 East Franklin Boulevard. Enter into the sanctuary building on the right through the door under the portico. The receptionist will direct you to the counseling waiting area in the chapel.

From Interstate 85 North: From exit 19, turn left onto East Ozark Avenue and proceed toward Gastonia for approximately one mile turning left at the second stoplight onto Broad Street. Turn right onto Highway 74/Franklin Boulevard. The church will be immediately on your right.
